I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Bad work culture. Bad management. Worst HR. No Perks and Benefits for employees. Salary hike also depends on the mood of department head or management. No timely increment, it could be stretch for 7-8 months after time. High Work pressure but no reward. Salary also not on time...always delays. No leaves..whether sick or medical or casual.

Site was near to my house.

Pure Lala company, Miglani always try to speak u in absuing language, his relative Arora is of same behaviour. No job security, they can terminate u at any time and even u can receive call from HR that dont come from tomorrow its Management instruction. Only sone old employees are retained there as they know how and where to butter. No medical facility. Worst experience ever had.
