There is nothing to like about this company. Its more like a shop. Even shops have better work culture than here.

Dislikes

When someone would join this company (Halwai ki dukan) they will made feel special as if they are the the only one in the company. After 1 month they would be given so much pressure that would start felling to quit the company. Sometimes the works hours goes upto 12hours. Here if you will make a small mistakes it would become a big issue. New employee are given 3 months of training after which either employee quit or the the management make sure they are out from the company. This Company(Shop) works on Delhi shop and establishment act. All the employees are only 3 month old Some are even 10 day. All the good reviews here are made by the management. No increment. All management will force you to work in your private time. Candidate be aware of these type of shops. They are ruining many careers. Pirated software are used which are downloaded from getintopc. Hard to find. Its a company run by a marketing guy from electronics background. There are only two departments in the company, searching and illustrations. The co-founder doesn't want the company to grow and is involved in his other startup. Do your own research regarding the company before joining.

1. No growth opportunity - The co-founder has a bad habit of back-bitching and obsessed with this that he targets new employee 2. Toxic environment - Always trying to blame staffs. Irrelevant blame game in the name of US clients just to find reason of your salary deduction. 3. No transparency and manipulative behavior 4. No Insurance - There is no insurance of employee in this company. If you are working here expert to work for approximately 12 to 16hrs a day in the name of revision or urgent projects which will eventually lead to lots of health issues. 5. No Holidays - You will hardly get a day off. You have casual leaves but the co-founder will never allow you to use the leaves in the name of work and paid leaves are just a scam. National holidays such as Raksha-Bandhan, Janmashtami, Ramanavami, etc are working days. The excuse that is given to you is "we are working in US company" but you will also not get leave on American Independence day. 6. No HR Department - Its a small company of 6 people including the co-founder who runs the show. The co-founder keeps changing the policy everyday as he sees fit to deduct the salary of the employees. There is nothing to like about this company because if you are thinking that as a fresher you would gain knowledge and learn something new than this is not the company for you. This company is only for those people who can work 12hrs a day without any demand.

Dislikes

There is a lots of mismanagement and management doesn’t address your issues. On job training is not given to new joinee and documentation work is always incomplete. The management always creates new rules and policies every month to deduct your salary.

This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. There is no job security and the company policies keeps on updating from time to time to exploit employees.

A long list :- 1. No work environment. 2. No documentation of employees. 3. Company management is mannerless and just knows how to shout and bully employees ( you see his true face after 4 months ) 4. Average life of an employee is max 1 year. 5. Notice period is 2 months. Everything is great. Lot to learn. I got other job but only because of Midwest. Read negative reviews but I know it is from people who are terminated because of not working and spoiling office climate.
