Every thing. As an HR my worst experience here. I understand later that i am working with a contractor not a company. Hold salary and not pay FNF policy is very good here. Many worker FNF is still pending here.SO i don't recommend any to join here.

All the things they don't have proper infrastructure, They treat their employees like machines and they even say bad things and MD even Abuses. No emergency is considered even if the person is dying the manager and the MD play a lot of politics and they don't even have a proper work culture very toxic environment. In my time hr was not good, mis bharti, her behaviour with employees was very bad. She was neve keeps transparency between boss and employees. Mideast inhouse office , not a proper rules and regulations . They cuts sallary, and discontinue sallary process, they pretend in starting very good but be aware for girls specialy.
