From its roots as a start-up, this company has grown tremendously and as a result, gone through some growing pains, Now it is just like any other IT firm looking to make money using the graduates from all these engineering colleges sprouting all over India.

Salary will not give properly.

Its exciting with all issues... daily with different different one.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
