Dislikes

Toxic culture. They don't respect their employees. Monday to Saturday working days, 9 hours a day. Horrible leave policies while the MD shows off his various trips to exotic places. Very low pay. Nepotism. No recognition for hardwork or talent. Join here as a last resort.

Over all too wrost company. I vill suggest to new employees not to join in this company. No job security. Especially girls don't prefer to join in this company. Salary vill be credited evry mnth on 10th to 14th. If u want to gain knowledge join in some good companies. Salary will be deducted for late coming. Management want highly talented people for low salaries. Without notice period there vill terminate you suddenly. For example : 15yrs exp candidates can get 30k salary.
