Likes

Good work environment and culture. Colligue and team members are supportive. Management is cooperative. Large cafeteria and playing facility of Table tenis. Bonus and leave in cashment every year.

Dislikes

Not so far, but a little bit of politics which is tolerable. Management is supportive but salary package is underpaid. Career growth is limited. Salary hike is very low. Hidden rules of HR.

Work Details

Starting from fax operator to purchase executive, I have learn lots of lessons. Overall good experience there.

Nothing to be likable about this organisation. If it's your first company don't consider joining it or else you will ruin you career by yourself. Everything is only talk here, it will take months to even get smallest work to done. Only bootlickers are entertained here, if you aren't one consider going to mentally agony.

Dislikes

Everything from management to the assigned tasks. Company want to be best but when it's actual time to do something good for the company the uneducated fools will come up with any excuse to put your work into the drain.

Please join at your own risk considering uour future. You may get good money in beginning but later you will regret.

1. People don't cooperate. Thay just want the work done without even guiding. 2. Data is not centralised, you have to go from pne person to another like in govt. department. 3. No professional atmosphere, If you mail someone, person will not reply till the time you personally call him 4-5 times. 4. The company is very good, but the senior people there practice nepotism. They only allow their brothers and family members to move ahead.Even if someone is doing good work, they try to remove him. They always want to replace him with a family relative.

What to talk about job security when they have to be removed, then if they simply transfer you to a place where you will not be able to go and the salary is low, then it is not even possible that you will say yes, otherwise you will be compelled to resign.And why would anyone want to quit their job?
