Don't join Microsoft , there is no security for job. Most important thing in microsoft is all on roll employees are illiterate, they don't known any thing.. REQUEST DON'T JOIN, AND WASTE TIME..

If I would get another opportunity again in Microsoft I will never go back. I literally had a very bad experience at my work place.

Dislikes

My manager and her style of work is not up to the mark our team cried a lot with the work she asks us to do.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
