Free cab and food. That’s what I liked. Nothing else.

No hikes and promotions for 2022 and 2023 and also 10% layoff announced for 2023. Hikes are also very less like service based. Nothing good to learn in data engineering or data science projects. No flexible too. You can’t take more than 2 casual leaves in a row. Earlier it used to be good. Now since the company is not doing good, itwant its employees to go on their own and hence making worst decisions like said above on leave policy which is recently changed in Dec 2022.
