1.Pay every minute you worked. 2.less burden of work unless you are so dumb. 3.job security. 4.Techinical staff.

Dislikes

1. Not safe for women (women harrasment on peak). 2. Not adopting new technologies. 3. Places retired people on same post, don't give chance to young ones. 4. Most retired people are very rude & just useless except 1 person (we all know who). 5. Multiple General managers and they don't coordinate with each other. 6. Poor canteen & fo od facilities. 7. Poor condition of toilets. 8. Don't spend on infrastructure. 9. Stick with old traditional ideas & people. ( Which leads them away from other leading defence sector). 10. Hire uneducated & low character workers without any police verification certificate causing women harrasment, tabacco gutkha supply, unhygienic environment which make genuine people uncomfortable for work....Read More
