In Micromax I am work with worst boss of my life, he is doing everything except work and playing politics within subordinates, only talks about bulshits and girls, run their own bussiness, very non supportive, its nightmare for me to work with him. and this company also not have any vision about their business right now and their policies are not much partner friendly, they have'nt clear partner claims on time, So have lot of trade dissatisfaction, and lot of partner attrition in many area....Read More
