Bangalore R&D team started in early 2021 with 3 seniors and they were very supportive, always encouraged to do challenging work. Bangalore team AVP and 2 Engineering Manager had always supported for work with enjoyment.

Dislikes

Bangalore R&D team were capable and delivered but so called management looking for margin difference which they were able to save by placing order with china ODM. They have fooled our team with big dreams like MadeININDIA. Our team like HW team has also delivered and SW team were about to do next delivery but Mr. Agarwal were only looking for profit so they has shutdown R&D center fully.

1. They cheat peoole. deduct salry for Saturday sunday. 2. Since Micromax is going down hill. It is eating its own employees on the way down 3. No work life balance. .

In my half a year term there around 8 people left and no body joined. The team size is reducing. No good work to do to be proud of and nothing so exceptional to join this conpany. Yearly hike is nil. Also the variable component is never given.
