The staff here is very good, helpful and the environment here is also good.

Dislikes

There are some people in the staff who support only their friends and relatives. They give them priority in everything.

When I started job the company culture towards the fresher is a little good but at the end with the time it is also end.

Dislikes

There is no similarity between what the company promised & what they done for you. At the end in one word very poor approach for their staff. There is single man decision taker for both a little to bigger things.

In a single sentence, I have got my first experience to work in any organization and it is very good, have a good learning.

Everything is Good hear. But economically you are not being satisfied with this job.

Work Details

Generally speaking, My work is slightly challenging as I'm Assistant Engineer in Manufacturing Process Engineering, I have to look after the entire manufacturing process & also Machin capabilities to achieve required GD& T. I arrange tooling.
