Today, i am unsure of my job is there or not in this office. Frustrated at moment, because of management, itself is not good enough. First time in my whole career, I made my big mistake to joint this organisation. I am totally unhappy and dis-satisfied with their culture. I could not match my culture, with theirs. Anyways, staff's are very good, and supportive throughout.

Frankly telling you that, teammates are good and supportive, all the time. My training period, was too lengthy for me (3 months almost). I was very much bored for this training, at that time. My job is not so secured (unsecured). I could not give you any guarantee, on this job. Anything could be happen, at any moment of time. There is lot of rubbish politics, going around in my office.
