Sallery was quite low , an uneducated worker and an educated person was doing same work there, a btech holder also operates machine there and a 10th pass man who have no knowledge of machines also do the same work. This is discriminatory even management didn't think about it that they are wasting degree and diploma holders . Also sometimes they have to do work of a helper no safety is provided to workers ..no strictness or code of conduct is followed by campany management in the plant regarding safety of the workers......Read More
