1. The company's environment is helpful to me to work better in fast way with quality. 2. The company provide me job security. 3. The company helped me to learn new things with my work. 4. They give me opportunity to lead in some projects, that was a new experience for me & i learned to take work for others and how to talk & motivate the teammates to work efficiently.

With my experience, I don't think any company is good or not. I think that if I worked in Micro Instruments right now and I want to improve something in company, then my seniors supports me to that and they encouraged me also, so that that's my answer.

Work Details

My job in interesting. I struggled a lot in beginning because I'm not fully aware of official environment. But i give my best to learn things with work. I'll be very thankful to this work life because that experience will always help to grow in my career.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
