A Company which stands always a step ahead of Technology and implementation, Employees Training program are good, One can learn new things in comfortable work life balance. Compensation and benefits are fair enough.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow, Despite the company have good policy on vertical/ lateral movement as well.

Work Details

It's a bit more than Sales, where involvement of end to end sales process and promotions which will be interesting and good learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

company and its work environment is very good. salary and opportunity to earn is good. Relationship with same level is very good .

Dislikes

Company attitude towards taking personal things, adopting the technology with the competition is very low. Attitude of the top level is disturbing personal life . May be it will be improving nowadays . Work life balance is very bad.

Work Details

Good working with Michelin, had good time in learning the Retail Marketing experience, Normal consumer attitude and the behavioral management was a key leasson in my experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
