1- You get the opportunity to work on various projects since it's a start-up. So good if you're someone who likes to work hard and learn. 2- You won't get fired.

1- It's a family-run business, so don't expect a flat hierarchy. Family members are treated like some sort of Gods. As far as I understand, they don't have any sense of reality when it comes to running a logistics business. 2- All CXO's are from the inner circle. They play pitiful politics here and there. 3- Top management executives of the logistics company are school friends of the Head. They have further hired their friends and the chain continues. Co-operative seniors.My report managers are very supportive. Co workers are too helpful. Company policies are good,appraisals are Ok and they give good salary .

Nature of micelio is very appreciatable but At delhi office there arent water and tea facalities, we buy our own No and water.

The job is good to go. I stuggled a bit in the beginning as there was huge required of candidates. I learnt everything on the job.

1. Because it's a family run business, job security is not a problem. The management was supportive in Covid-19. No salary cut and firing in that time speaks a lot about ethical management. 2. Hr policies are nice 3. Great opportunity to grow.

1. Because it's a family run business, there is no sense of collective decision making. It's run by the family which doesn't carry enough experience in running a Hardware company. 2. All the CxO's are wrong hires and everyone's self interest is higher than the company. 3. The company owners doesn't know what's going on at the groundlevel. Big promises are made by the CTO without the backing of the team. This in turn doesn't help anyone....Read More
