Very less salaries, Vary delay in giving salaries, Bad management and In experienced principal.. Management dont respect any faculty member.

College CEO Support few members and he feel they are good remaining staff not working he feels, and he support few members not do the any work and they are information duties follows, he knows they are not working but he support and given the freedom in the college.
