Compensation is decent but growth is slow. 12 hours working hour

My work is to look after all QA/QC related activities before starting the job, during the job and after completion of the job. I have to prepare all work related documents that I have to keep up to date and advance pre-planning of the job.

Good work environment and Culture. All the team of 400 members are supportive. All the higher level authorities are transparent and company policies are good

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow. The company deals only in nulcear field that's why career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats such as blue, white and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
