1. There's no considerable pressure or interference in work from the management's side 2. Salary is paid on time

1. The work culture here is stuffed with favoritism and nepotism with promotions as well as any appraisal and appreciation given only to employees who generally are favorite of the managers. Favorite here refers to them sitting together, laughing and chatting. If you're working hard and constantly come first but don't laugh and chatwith your managers, you won't receive any appreciation for your work or any appraisal in salary. 2. The base salary structure in the organisation is one of the lowest in the market with average CTC being 2 LPA. 3. The work ethics is completely unprofessional with Assistant Managers treating you like pest. If you put your voice or point of view in front of them, they'll term it as having an attitude and asking us to quit citing that they will get more potential candidates....Read More
