The only thing that can be positive about this organisation is some people I came across during my stint.

Dislikes

The organisation has a very toxic work culture and politics which will pull you into redundancy. 1. Teammates- The head of teams is generally very rude and would not shy away from making personal and demeaning remarks, there is little room for growth since its a very centrally focused organization with a very rigid hierarchical system, 2. Travel-They forced people to come to work in the peak of the pandemic during the second wave, people were forced to travel from the locals when it was only open to frontline workers, this led to not just posing risk to their health but community at large. The office was run full capacity on all days, even during the lockdown they would call and ask people to come to work. I have seen people coming from Badlapur in Mumbai for work that can be managed online. They will call themselves as an organisation which is traditional in approach to work, but that does not mean they can play with lives. 3. Politics- There is no trust you can build in the organisation since things they know about you will be used against you at different stages, 5. Work Environment- There is hardly any positivity in the work environment. People are generally scared to even move around their desks coz apparently you are under "surveillance" majority of the time . There is no room for error or learning from mistakes since in case the leadership is in a bad mood they will hurl at you and shout in front of all the people on the floor. Zero learning They will show you a very flowery picture at the time of joining and make promises but soon you will realize the real picture. Please do your research really well. I am sure my review will be hidden too under the fake reviews they put here from previous employees. They had a chance in proving to be an empathetic organization during these tough times but unfortunately they acted in the inherent nature of their way of working.
