Salary is more compared to other animation companies.

They claim to be very transparent and honest, but its completely the opposite. The CEO is in France and has no idea what actually happens here in India. He trusts the director here blindly, and this director is exploiting this to the maximum extent. There is no job security, and only one-day notice period (laughable as it is)</mark>. If you are a creative person, do not be fooled by the tag "animation company". Animations done here are completely low level, and the company survives purely on Freepik, Shutterstock, Turbosquid etc. Another joke is the fact that all the projects are in French, but no one in the company knows French (living off Google translate). They have an obsession with hiring and firing. People get fired for spending even 2 hours without doing any work, even if it was because no work was alloted to them (which isn't their fault in the first place). Also, there is zero work-life balance. You may complete your work and leave even at midnight, but morning 8:15 AM sharp you need to be in office, without compromise. If you take sick leave, it'll be looked upon with doubt. They'll irritate you and investigate you after this. If you are desperately in need of money, I can suggest this job.
