The company culture is very good. During my internship they taught me a lot and also helped me whenever I wanted.

There is a little bit problem with the work life balance but with all the other things it really did not affect me much.

Unprofessional, unethical, too much work load, No stipend, takes meetings at 10pm at night. Tiring, No holiday, No employee motivation, No proper training, No room for improvement, No room for learning new things, HR managers talk to employees like we're sIaves, If you're a student this internship will ruin your career as they say you only need to give 4 hours but the work takes entire day to complete. HR managers at metvy especially the "Kunal Wadhwan" talks like he is a king not a manager, his tone of talking to us is disrespectful & uncomfortable. He says there will be no day-off will be given during exams but during they said they will give. Metvy is just a not a good company. Overall it was a great learning experience to work at Metvy, as it provided me a lot of new experiences to learn. I had the opportunity to develop skills particularly which is needed in HR. Had a great team to work with, and of course HR Manager was very cooperative throughout my journey.

The way they handle their Employees is so good. Our Managers make sure that each and every Intern is happy and satisfied with their work. They also make sure that we get proper rest in between our working hours. They make sure that our doubts are resolved.
