This company doesn't give any opportunity to utilize my skills and technology. All other people thinks that they are experienced so new joiners are listen what they said. But they can not listen new joiners words.

Too much politics. No job security. Only Bootlickers and credit takers would survive and get promotion. Terrible work culture,especially in Supply Chain dept. Worst and psycho managers, also some managers don't have knowledge. Using abusive language. No scope for introvert and hard working employee. Company appointing only good looking candidates.
