Work life balance is pathetic and there is no transparancy from hiring to joining process. after joining, people are forced to shift to other places without compensation.

Seniors are very egoist and demands are unethical. I have got the feeling of being cheated and then harassed by reporting manager and other senior. Lack of commitment of management toward employees. Managers force for unprofessional demands.
