Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company is located in Alwar. Life becomes somewhat boring in Alwar.

Growth is very slow. 2 months notice period and even no buy-out option is there. HR&Admin facilities are not upto the mark. They don't tell you about anything after joining, you will get to know about the facilities which you can avail by seniors only.
