There policies regards to life insurance are very good. Company is doing very good for sustainability of environment also they do very strict plan for safety Overall you can get a better place here to work.

Company update there policies rapidly and Companies Minerals business is in Downward trend also product is very expensive in india. Their criteria for CTC is very different your Fixed CTC is very less so they add flexible amount in this but you got very less in hand salary in month. There is no job security it's all depends on your business.

What I personally dislike about the company is Job security. Other things, sometimes I faced problem with Visa and travel ticket support because when I travel on Saturday and Sunday, at that time, when I wanted to reschedule or cancel a ticket, I was unable to do it because they did not pick up call from the other end.

The work culture is very good. The work-Life balance over here is impressive. Safety is the first priority. Medical facility is also top notch.

Dislikes

No new responsibility is adhered, and the same work is deputed from day 1. One can feel underutilized and can result in low work satisfaction. No good hike in salary and the promotion is also dependent on the person above me. If he gets promoted, then only I have a chance. Office politics is also there but manageable.

Company is not fully supporting us for higher education, company don't provide leave or a break in the time of our exams. Company won't give us the travel expense to go home we heard so many companies are allowing this expenses

One challenge at Metso Outotec is adapting the diverse range of equipment, such as transitioning from GP to HP Series crushers, which requires continuous learning. Additionally, frequent travel to different locations can be demanding, but its balanced by the opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience.

It's good at the first time but later on the things will turn around and you will feel like you are being trapped in a nutshell.

Saturday working is the most pathetic reason to work in this organization. There is completely no need for six days working as there is no mass production for the machines. Main reason for leaving the employees is this six-day working at Alwar.
