Safety is considered as the most important factor in each & every step we require in our daily routine work & to sustain this, our company is ready to provide all possible amenities that are required to do so. Customer eccentricity, getting it done together, open & honest, High ambition always - these are the pillars of this institute.

There are no such points which is related to this question, as if there was, I would definitely have tried to change the work scenario to improve our surroundings & work culture.

The work culture is very good. The work-Life balance over here is impressive. Safety is the first priority. Medical facility is also top notch.

Dislikes

No new responsibility is adhered, and the same work is deputed from day 1. One can feel underutilized and can result in low work satisfaction. No good hike in salary and the promotion is also dependent on the person above me. If he gets promoted, then only I have a chance. Office politics is also there but manageable.

As a trainee the company is providing good traning programs to develop our skill and knowledge. Ofcourse the safety, company culture, quality policies, benefits and I see a great future in this company

Company is not fully supporting us for higher education, company don't provide leave or a break in the time of our exams. Company won't give us the travel expense to go home we heard so many companies are allowing this expenses

It's good at the first time but later on the things will turn around and you will feel like you are being trapped in a nutshell.

Dislikes

Saturday working is the most pathetic reason to work in this organization. There is completely no need for six days working as there is no mass production for the machines. Main reason for leaving the employees is this six-day working at Alwar.
