The company is open to innovation and adopts new technology readily. I love that my teammates are cooperative and understanding. There is scope of career growth but salary is not as per expected and the work load. There can be a much friendly environment

Growth is quite slow. Work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 to 14 hours in a day. Core members do not value an individual's strength and never appreciate in any way. There is very few on-job training programmes for freshers. There is no much hike in the salary during appraisalsmark>. I have a great experience to working with Metropolis healthcare since 2001 to till the date.Work environment is very good.It is a very good place to gain experience.TAT and SOP's are followed and implemented. One more positive thing is that, we get salary on time.
