Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Partiality is done by own deputy and staff .sr staff doesn't work properly ignores and keep pending task every time.deputy reshma salve is very aggrassive she target the staff who work proper and forces them for doing more.her language is very rude with behaviorwas worst she have full of attitude. i left my job because of her harrisment and center staff .lot of people who are arround me harras me many times throughout the years i have join from.deputy directly force staff to lev the job .mentally and physical harassment done...worst time spend there.change the deputy from kalyan zone else she will do same with everyone .staff name karuna patil from kalyan bailbazar cc she doesnot do any work at center ,daily patient revenue(money) is keep spending to her own needs and do carry forward the cash next day,if you dnt believe do random audit for center and check all the cash notebooks of 2022.she always beat ,speak volgur to the other staff who is working there ..once she beat one of the staff there .that staff is injuired at the center blood came out of her face .she harras me mentally very worstly and keep doing back bitching with deputy reshma salve she supports her every time .after knowing all the shit thing happen both keep doing the same and many staff lev the job because of her and reshma....Read More
