Toxic working environment & worst politics No increments since 3 years You will never know when will you get your salary. contract payments are 2/3 months delay.

Nothing much it's like college no one asks you anything you can do anything.you can make mistakes you can creat document accordingly.

If I write dislike it'll be an essay but I'll summarise as much as I can. 1)restrooms (pigs living area is far more hygienic then these restrooms) 3) Canteen Food(provides in polyethylene covers even flood victims can't eat that malnutrition food especially that curd 0.000001 normality of crud and water solution. 4) Quality,Purity those words are worthless there because they only capable enough to produce quantity not quality. 5)No cGMP,No GDP,No Document control infact superiors supporting not to follow GMP. 6)On time sallary, increments,bonus all thse words are not available in their dictionary. 7)POOR HR policies Un civilized, barbarous, immature these words are very little to define them.I think all are illiterate s. 8)Un qualified employees are working from years they don't know the present industry requirements. 9)NO SAFETY Employees are working around unsafe environment. 10)No career growth.
