Employees are very coordinating in nature. And I always learnt new things for polishing my skills and career growth.

Dislikes

Performance appraisal and promotion policy have not taken into consideration. Never focused on the salary increment.

Staff is good nd cooperative nd culture and environment good nd management good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and daily nursing roster change and salary timing very slow.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
