My work is a very challenging job under 25 metres down in the heat n humid conditions worked very hard to achieve a best foreman 3times in 3years...

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
