Working in metro is an honor and metro is just not company it an family I am very happy and i have learnt many more things in metro Very supportive management They arrange place for namaz during ramazan which is very very supportive

For associate level Salary and Appraisal is very very bad.

Work Details

Generally speaking , my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire Mis section, preparing entire date for the store management & field operations. Takeing care of Administrative work & instant IT support. It was a great experience .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
