I trust on metro and i know of employees are delivering thair 100% then metro is always supporting them for each and every parameter. Policies and process is good and management is also helps a lot .

As per my rating and my observation metro is one of the good organization but as i have observed, at the store label Team Lead and below employees are getting very poor Salary/Stipend because on store label their is lots of task and work load for TL and below employees but they are getting salary as per the workloadround-color: #fff5e4;">. It's not very easy because as per the stipend their are heavy work load on Team lead and below employees
