Management and working atmosphere is too good there is huge work load due to e com business has been started during lockdown but company providing addition payout who is working at off-line and also providing full salary both working or not during this period as well as providing necessary things for safety like sanitiser Mask hand gloves safety sheild .

Management is very poor . No one can think about your personal life. I am very disappointed to join metro .. I was happy in my previous company. No one can understand you and your problems. They want only work from you. They can't give you anything. Accept only salary who is also variable. They can cut your salary also. No flexible shift. No one can see your work all are blinds. They can see only who are only talking. Very bad company Once I have got my new job I have never join again metro and also tell others not to join metro.
