Company is very good. But career growth is zero.. There is no growth..

Speacilly in accounts dept there is no time limit in the dept... If we are working 24*7 that will also be very less in there point of view.. Specially there they are not seeing quality they always seen The quantity. The company is providing the 2nd and 4th saturday off.. The department head Or TL will never give you the saturday leave.. This is very bad culture.

There is a lot of favoritism here. because all the people working in the store are working in the office at a senior level.The number of educated people is very less. Because of this, these people are not able to understand the employees who come from outside.
