Opportunities are high due to high attrition. They have no plan to control the attrition rate.

Overtime without additional payment is not a saving. They need to work on the process improvement to avoid working on OT and weekend

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
