Overall MetLife is a great place to work. If you are a good performer then you will get timely bonus and promotions. It's an employee centric organization. MetLife is kind of an organisation which thinks about its workforce first.

Dislikes

If you putting any idea in the betterment of the organisation then higher authority/ another delivery center will not allow you to make your own decisions. And hierarchy is damn too long..

Work Details

I still praise MetLife, because of its work environment and culture. I would love to rejoin MetLife. If I would ever get a chance. One of the best company in my resume.
