Perfect place for freshers and experienced candidates. There is hassle free work environment. According to my experience I have experienced that people regret after leaving job from MetLife GOSC. If you comfortable life stay in MetLife. CTC and perks are okay.

Dislikes

Other than insurance you won't be learning anything else. Your learning won't be helpful in other BPO and KPO sectors.

I am a part of underwriting process. It is related to chatting process, excel sheet work, data entry and maintenance excellent relationships with clients.
