LOW SALARY and the boss doesn't respect the employees. The employees were good, but the most of the left the agency because the many bad reasons.

LOW SALARY. Their were 2 owners, the one which looks after the office, was removed from the office. Because he forced (use to touch their body) many girls in a bad way. From which one of the girl spoken up about what he did. And because of that he was removed from the office. Their is no way to learn for FREASHERS, because most of the seniors from GRAPHICS, CONTENT and SEO has left the agency because of LOW SALARY. The eviroment is good and very supportive team leaders. They keep 1 day in a month only for training specially on new skills. Job security wise its a great place cause they have been adding peope even in lockdown whereas other agencies were firing or giving salary cuts. So no issue on that front. Anyone who is performing good definately gets rewarded. Though increment is not as much as one would wish for....Read More

Nothing as such. But there are 8-10 people who are there from last 5 years or more and they get the best of projects and money compared new people. So you need to spend coupls of years in company to become part of the senior group.

They have big clients on board. And pretty big team. Its very performance driven place where hard work definately pays off. Only Maska polish dosent work here.

Dislikes

Strict on deadline. And always treat client's word as final. And ofcourse you cant miss a deadline.

Metier Media offers proper exposure to a fresher who wants to get into advertising. The projects are interesting and challenging, especially in the content writing and SEO department. The co-workers are friendly and always ready to help, which provides a proper learning curve.

Worked with this company for 4 years. Started as a junior SEO executive and in 4 years reached to SEO analyst position before moving on. What i liked about this company is they believe on performance and results only at the same time push us to learn more and implement newest methods on live projects.

They promote only basis performance and no of years spent is not considered.
