I had the unfortunate experience of working here, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the leadership, particularly the project manager. The project manager at this company is someone who seems to be driven more by ego and personal grudges. This individual often appears to hold onto past conflicts and lets personal issues aff ect the team's dynamics and productivity. Additionally, the reporting structure in the company is problematic. The project manager tends to promote individuals who can be easily controlled or manipulated, rather than fostering a team of competent and independent thinkers. This has created a culture where the true potential of the team is underutilized, and only those willing to follow orders without question get ahead<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
