In Academics job security is high. Work culture is good, proper hierarchy is being maintained. Supportive and good culture. Policies are still in nascent phase, and many new variations are coming in, especially in HR policies. Management needs to look into the policies to make it more employee-friendly.

The workplace was relaxed and laid-back, which made it easy to get along with the other employees.

The hardest part of my job was that sometimes i didn't understand what exactly i was supposed to be doing. While company did a good job of explaining the general tasks of each position when you started, they didnt always provide specifies or give examples to demonstrate how to implement their ideas in real life.

great work life balance, great financial security, and management support is super quick and amazing. This company has a mind blowing product and great founders.

mostly nothing as such, but i really wish to see the team for the first time and work in that great environment which due to WFH is not possible so the only complaint i have is not able to work from office

Incentives are high compared to my last company. Metaverse is a new concept, so product sales are easy. The team is very nice, they simply focus on productivity and research instead of forcing the team to sell anything.
