There is nothing to dislike when you choose your carrier as a teacher. Teacher has slightly bigger heart then others.

Likes

Working environment is entirely peaceful, One can grow both professionally &spiritually while working here. Management is very humble and always treat their employees as their own family!

Dislikes

The only limitation which we see as a drawback is that teachers are recruited as contractual teachers and are never titled as permanent teachers while adventist teachers are the permanent ones.

Work Details

I learned a lot while working in Metas .The President of the institute is like a role model for the employees and are always ready to guide the staff members.
