Very senior and experience techies work here. They are good mentors for freshers. Overall situation of the company is very good.

Dislikes

Not very diplomatic to handle conflict management. it is not well managed.

The Management lacked vision. They were not keeping market information when I worked. Not a good company to work with. The worst part is they don't pay.I lost my one and half month's salary.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
