I am work in die maintenance department during the training period, I am work on shop floor as well as handle document and audit related to die maintenance.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

teammates are good for work, training is well, kizenes done during working.

Work Details

MIS report making, from all the department takes report details and publish it to the management. then it take the desision.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
