There is nothing to like about this company as it runs on the whims and fantasies of the owners. It will be a mistake calling it a company as it is a shop run by individuals.

Everything. 1. No Working culture. 2. No work life balance as they'll ask you to stay back even after 10 hours of duty 3. No annual increment and appraisal as they have this special Diwali policy to make fool of employees 4. No policies whatsoever of anything. No fixed dates of increment, bonus, deduction amount disbursement. 5. When it comes to payment of employees of their dues, the owner will disappear from office and will plan holidays. 6. They approach the employees with lies and false promises and once you join you'll get to know the real truth about this company Mobile phone is not allowed 7. CCTV is all over the place and owners themselves monitor every movement of employees even the number of times they visit washroom 8. Jail like atmosphere is very toxic 9. Owners abuses the Head of departments on their will in front of Juniors 10. HR department is like a thief deducting something from your salary every month without giving a reason 11. Deduction in the salary are never justified even the owners will involve themselves in deducting money from employees 12.
