You dont have any job security they will fire any employe and any time. So if someone planning to work here. Do it at your on risk. Owner will behave with u like a slave. And promotion or skills development % is 0.

Their a lot of thing, The owner of the company doesn't know how to treat their employees, he has a very sugar coated nature and as per him you know nothing and you are the garbage and he is a garbage collector. Apart form this that company is not good for female employees. No specific kra No specific timing working till morning andcoming next day. Moody nature, passing comments on your personal things. Boss himself doing politics within his team he is the whole sole reason of the argument. Insulting you for no reason. Cutting of salary for no reason. Work culture and other things are also pathetic.
