I have very bed experience with metal crafts company , welfare facility is 0 transportation facility is very poor , duty timing is very bed, no weekly off and no leave facilities.

Metal craft was a good opportunity to work there .my base salary started from 20,000 and they incremented my salry each 6month .overall my teammates are too talented in jobs. Metal craft policy is short term high productivity .Administration staffs are too good to interfere

The work pressure is very high in all working hours.sometimes i have to work 14-16 hours staight .They dont give leave salary in vacations...thats all

I have been working since last 5 years where I have learned many things which helped me a lot .Interaction of seniors are very good with the new joining.

Their is a bond of two years for the freshers. Moreover Salary increment is low.
