There is only work work balance. Life doesn't exist here. It's been only 1month & I am already looking somewhere else.there are rude, offensive, womenizer and micromanagers like salunkhe&. They are only interested in numbers . No job security and satisfaction. Delayed salary. 15*7 working. No leaves. They prepare a sheet on task notdone and only questions "Why?" Not done. No matter how much you have already done. I believe there is no future for this company, don't know how investors are putting their money here. Subsidy khallas company khallas. There is no vision, ethics and values in this organisation. There is no department for the help of employees and to solve their problems. Many time they opts for xxxxx way to just move project faster. Need to travel across the cities. No meals. No timely reimbursement....Read More
